Primarily used to eliminate the problems with condensation in new homes by allowing the roof to breathe, Easy-Trim microporous breather membranes also improve energy efficiency, act as a barrier to minimise wind uplift and load acting upon slates and tiles, and provide secondary protection against water ingress.

Our range of breather membranes are manufactured by thermally bonding outer spun-bonded polypropylene layers with an inner layer of microporous film. Vista provides ultimate high performance with a real heavy duty weight for strength and durability. With excellent tensile strength and nail tear resistance suitable for Warm and Cold roof application.
